Banking Process – B2B & B2C (Dayshift)
Telecom Process – B2B & B2C (Dayshift)
Non Voice Process – B2B & B2C (Only Night Shift)
Healthcare Process – B2B & B2C (Dayshift)
Data Entry Process – B2B & B2C( Dayshift)

LANGUAGES REQUIRED

Tamil Process – 90 Vacancies

Hindi Process – 75 Vacancies

Telugu Process – 60 Vacancies

Kannada Process – 25 Vacancies

Malayalam Process– 45 Vacancies

( Average English is mandatory with above languages)

SHIFT TIMING (PROCESS WISE)

Dayshift – 9.30 am – 6.30 pm

Night Shift – 6.30pm – 5.30am

DESIGNATION: Customer Support Executive / Client Relations Executive

AGE: Above 20 Years

QUA : 12th / Any degree / Any Diploma  (BE / MBA / MCA may also apply)
SALARY (Per month) : Rs.8, 000/- to Rs.10000/-
INCENTIVES : 1000 – 3000 Per Month

INCREMENT: Quaterly

REQUIREMENTS:
>  Good English Communication Skill & Fluency in Tamil  Kannada or Hindi or Malayalam is required.
>  Handling the calls & Customer queries.
>  Willing to work in Day Shift.

Graduation is requisite (12th + 3 or 4 years of Degree/Diploma is Mandatory)

WAY OF RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1) 1st Round – Written Test
2) Final Round – HR Manager
